In the past several years, Granger has experienced growth that’s unprecedented in our 50-year history. Today, we have 284 associates who work in various positions—technical, clerical, professional, field—you name it. These associates have found a home at Granger and we’re guessing a lot of you out there could too. But why would you want to? Associates are #1!
We host events, such as our annual Christmas Celebration, to show appreciation for our associates and their families. We have a lot of trucks and heavy equipment. We own these fabulous machines that make electricity out of landfill gas. But our most valuable asset by far, the one we just couldn’t do without, is Granger associates. They made us the company we are and will continue to do so in the future.

We’ve got a whole bunch of carrots.
Some of our favorite benefits include comprehensive health care, an unbelievable 401(k) contribution and free trash and recycling service. We recycle more than 54 million pounds each year. We do get satisfaction here, the satisfaction of knowing we’re making this world a better place for our children, grandchildren and future generations through responsible environmental stewardship.
