Technical Issues Update
Our customer database is currently down. Our software provider is working on the problem. While our database is down, we will be unable to charge credit cards, look up any account information or process roll-off orders. Additionally, you will be unable to pay your bill online. This issue is affecting all customer service representatives and all locations, including gatehouses and Disposal Centers. We will be answering phones during normal business hours, but we will be limited on how we can help you. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
