Bulk items are items that are too large to fit in your trash cart. Some examples include the following:

• Dressers
• Armchairs
• Sofas (sectional couches and sleeper sofas count as more than one item)
• Mattresses and box springs (each counts as a separate item)
• Microwaves
• Washing machines
• Dryers
• Water heaters
• Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, ice makers and dehumidifiers (subject to a $20 charge to remove refrigerant)
• Full-sized bicycles
• Televisions
• Lawn mowers
• Treadmills
• Cupboards

Some items may require special preparation before pickup. You will receive an email from our Customer Solutions Center with instructions after submitting the request form.
